As an Academic Mentor, you'll work closely within your subject department to provide targeted academic support, helping students to build confidence and improve their understanding. You'll play a key role in raising attainment by delivering small group sessions, one-to-one support, and classroom assistance.

Key Responsibilities
Support students in
Maths, English, or Science
through one-to-one or small group intervention sessions.

About You
A
recent graduate
(or soon-to-be graduate) in
Maths, English, or Science

Passionate about education and supporting young people.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Organised, reliable, and proactive in approach.
