We are seeking an experienced and highly organised
Academic Registrar
to lead our Academic Office during a key transitional period. This senior role oversees academic administration, student welfare, and wellbeing services, ensuring an excellent student experience from admissions to graduation.
Key Responsibilities
Lead on graduate admissions, induction, academic administration, and student records
Oversee student welfare and act as Disability Co-ordinator
Manage complex welfare casework and hardship support
Plan academic events, including Matriculation and Graduation
Represent the College at key university forums and committees
Line manage the Academic Office team and oversee relevant budgets
Essential Criteria
Graduate-level education or equivalent experience
Proven background in academic administration and student welfare in a university setting
Experience managing sensitive welfare casework and student support budgets
Strong database and Microsoft Office skills
Effective leadership and committee engagement
