We are a growing business that currently work across eight highly creative cities in the UK, Ireland and Germany.

This role is within BIMM University and is a hybrid position (UK based).

About the Role

Academic Services is a key provision across the university, supporting academic delivery by ensuring schools, students, and senior managers have exceptional administrative support. As part of the university Academic Services Department, Academic Services Partners are committed to an excellent student experience and support this by supporting the campus-based academic services provision (Team Leaders, Officers, and Administrators) to ensure the delivery of operational support across curriculum management, compliance, and quality assurance processes, and by managing systems and data relating to the student academic journey, including re-enrolment, attendance monitoring and assessment.

This position is hybrid - the postholder will be within a commutable distance of one of the six university campuses in the UK and are expected to spend a minimum of three days per week on-site. You will be required to travel to other campuses in the UK, Ireland and Germany from time to time.
