Academy Coaches



20 - 25 per hour (including holiday pay), in accordance with facilitating or leading sessions.



Part-time, 6 - 10 hours per week covering evenings and weekends for training and fixtures.





An exciting opportunity has arisen within our Academy team for suitably qualified and experienced candidates to lead coaching sessions or support other Coaches during training and fixtures. Successful candidates will be allocated to one of the U9-U16s squads and will work alongside the appropriate Phase Lead and Head of Academy Coaching to ensure the correct pathway opportunities are available for all Academy players.



Coaching experience within a Professional Academy / Player Development environment is essential, alongside experience of working with players in the Youth Development and Foundation phases.



This role requires flexibility and a willingness to work non-standard hours in accordance with the Club and Academy's needs. Passionate about making a difference through sport, the successful candidates must be able to form positive relationships with players and other team members.

As this role is likely to involve the supervision of and work with children and young people or vulnerable adults, the successful candidate will require clearance to work in football and an Enhanced Criminal Records Check (CRC) through the Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS).
