To be responsible for managing and maintaining all kit and equipment needs for the academy, ensuring players and staff are fully prepared for training and match days. Oversees the organisation, distribution, and inventory of kit and equipment, supporting the smooth daily operations of the academy.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
To be responsible for kit logistics for the academy U9s-21s.
To assist on the maintenance, stock checking and ordering of all kit and equipment.
Maintain an up-to-date inventory of all kit and equipment (stored and distributed).
Ensure all players and staff are provided with the appropriate kit for both training and matches, taking into account factors such as sizing and quantity.
To be responsible for washing and and preparing training kit as and when required.
Prepare and pack match kit requirements and liaise with Academy Administrator to establish playing colours for each fixture.
Print match day and training kit Monitor and report wear and tear, loss, or damage to kit and equipment, arranging replacements where necessary.
To abide by all club policies including, but not exclusive to, Safeguarding, Equality and Health & Safety.
To maintain a valid and up to date DBS every three years.

Education/Qualifications/Training:
Essentials
o Must exhibit a professional, well-organised approach with strong attention to detail
o Full driving licence and access to a car
o DBS check to be completed before appointment
o Eligibility to work in the UK.
Desirables
o Previous experience of a kit/equipment operations role within an elite sporting environment.
o Relevant qualification in Sports Management, Logistics, or Equipment Management.
o Strong IT skills particularly Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Specific Experience:
o Build relationships throughout the Academy and broader areas of the club.
o Able to adapt to the demands of the job and needs of the players.
o Excellent interpersonal skills with a variety of different personnel at the football club.
o Substantial experience in a similar or related role, demonstrating development and continuous improvement.
o Committed and driven by deadlines and results.
o Ability to turn ideas into deliverables with minimal supervision.
Abilities/Skills/Knowledge:
