We are seeking an experienced and dynamic operational leader to join Kingsway Park High School as our new Academy Operations Lead.
This is a senior leadership role at the heart of the school, ensuring that the systems, services and structures which underpin teaching and learning run smoothly and effectively.
About the role
As a key member of the Senior Leadership Team, you will:
Lead and coordinate non-teaching operations including administration, compliance, health & safety, parental engagement, and whole-school logistics.
Provide line management to operational leads and drive a culture of professionalism and high standards across all support teams.
Act as the bridge between strategic priorities and day-to-day delivery, ensuring that school improvement plans are supported by robust systems.
Work closely with the Headteacher and Trust central teams to ensure operations are efficient, compliant, and aligned to educational outcomes.
About you
We are looking for someone with:
Proven leadership and management experience in an operational or business support role.
Strong organisational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage complex systems and competing priorities.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with staff, students, parents and external partners.
A proactive, solution-focused approach and a commitment to the highest standards of service.
