With a strong focus on delivering outstanding customer service, you will work with teammates for clients across a wide range of business sectors to meet their accounts production and associated tax compliance needs.

Personal Attributes

We are looking for ambition, analytical ability and enterprise in potential trainees. Good communication skills, both written and oral are also a must, as are the personal skills necessary to work as a member of a team and to maintain good relations with clients. We naturally assume that candidates who wish to enter the profession of accountancy will be able to demonstrate a high level of numeracy, have an attention to detail and the intellectual calibre necessary to pass demanding professional examinations.

Study

After an introductory period, successful candidates can optionally enrol on a programme towards the internationally recognised professional chartered certified accounting qualification ACCA. LEES trainees follow integrated courses to prepare them for their professional examinations. The courses combine periods of distance learning and progress examinations with a remote study element and revision courses.

Minimum entry requirements - Qualifications and skills

2:1 degree or AAT level 4 all papers passed at first attempt. STEM degrees and work experience in accountancy or a similar field will be considered with high regard.
