Access & Identity Management (AIM) Governance Associate



Job Responsibilities

:

Administer entitlement reviews covering a wide variety of systems including, but not limited to, 3rd party hosted apps, in-house apps, unstructured data, and privileged access to ensure compliance with security policies and regulatory requirements. Responsible for generating and providing access reports and audit evidence for both our business partners and Internal Audit teams. Monitor and report on IAM metrics Support internal and external audits to demonstrate compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and policies. Read, understand, and follow all written instructions regarding the administration of entitlement reviews. Maintain detailed documentation for access review procedures.

Qualifications:



3 years of Access & Identity Management experience Experience performing access entitlement reviews within required service level agreements Experience working with auditors in an IAM capacity Proficiency with identity management systems, Active Directory (AD) and Azure AD, and other IAM tools. Knowledge of SAS and SOX audit requirements related to Identity & Access Management, including obtaining and documenting required approvals Experience performing user administration tasks for various in-house and third-party applications Experience in dealing with external financial organizations for facilitating user access requests Knowledge of NTFS permissions for folders/files in a Windows environment Knowledge of, and the ability to adhere to, SOR and SOX audit controls pertaining to Identity & Access Management Experience with AWS IAM specifically regarding users, groups, policies, roles, credential reports, and access advisor preferred Experience with work-flow management tools (i.e. ServiceNow, Jira, Sailpoint) preferred Basic SQL knowledge and understanding of relational database management systems preferred Basic knowledge of UNIX/Linux administration commands preferred Intermediate Excel skills, including data analysis with pivot tables, advanced formulas (e.g., VLOOKUP, COUNTIF) Ability to analyze data and identify gaps

Excellent communication skills for collaborating with internal and external business partners. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage priorities and workflow effectively. Education:



Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution or three years of relevant experience is required.
