Job Description

Aramark UK are currently recruiting an Accommodation Manager to join our team working at RAF Northolt, RA4 6NG.


You will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the shift, ensuring the team is motivated and provides excellent customer service. You will be training staff, assisting the Manager with managerial tasks alongside all other front-of-house daily duties.

To be eligible for this role, due to the sector requirements: you must have been a UK resident for the past 3 years and have legal right to work in the UK and be able to pass full security vetting and DBS checks.

This is a full-time position, 35 hours per week- 7 hours Monday to Friday
Shifts between 9am- 4:30pm

The hourly rate is 27,759

A day in the life of an Accommodation Manager:

--------------------------------------------------

Work alongside our key stakeholders to provide an excellent service
Communicating by email approximately 50 per day

Process booking requests through various communication methods

Prepare arrival packs for overnight guests to the site

Maintain accurate software and excel databases

Communicate with other Aramark departments such as the cleaning team and management

Liaise with the onsite customer departments as needed

Complete additional arrival and departure processes for long-term guests

Maintain confidentiality and follow GDPA processes

You'll be set up for success if you have:

Must have resided in the UK for the past 3 years and have a legal right to work
Must be able to pass full security vetting and DBS checks

Experience in Excel and other Microsoft Office applications

Great leadership

Able to work independently and communicate with senior management
