An exciting opportunity has arisen to join an award-winning team at the 5 star Castle Brake Holiday Park, a family owned Holiday Park set near Exeter in Woodbury, Devon.

We are currently recruiting for the forthcoming season and are looking to appoint an experienced individual with excellent management skills to lead our busy Housekeeping team.

This full time, 5 day a week, permanent position will include weekend and bank holiday work. Approx average at 40 hours per week, though in peak season could be more, and outside of peak season less.

Your duties will include ensuring all public areas including toilet and shower blocks and park accommodation (caravans) are cleaned and maintained to the high standards that our customers have come to expect from our 5 star holiday park and manage the day to day running of the department.

You will be responsible for managing a small team, allocating them work, motivating and training them to deliver the high standards expected.

The ability to work well under pressure, on your own initiative and direct others in their roles is essential as is ensuring customer satisfaction and dealing with any related issues, that may arise, both promptly and efficiently.

The park is operational between March and November, outside of these times, the role would require deep cleaning, refurbishment and planning.
