In this role, you will be the face of the Thorpe Shark Cabins, you will be responsible for checking guests in & out of the Cabins, serving guests in the Thorpe Shark Supplies Shop, ensuring that standard are kept to a high level throughout the Cabins and ensure the Cabins daily reporting is done to the correct standard.

Responsibilities

Checking Guests In & Out of the Cabins Correctly storing luggage and taking it to the Cabins for arrival guests Ensuring KPI surveys are filled out by all guests checking out of the Cabins Cleaning all guest areas overnight to ensure it is ready for the next days operation Effectively dealing with guests feedback or major issues Showing integrity and responsibility when handling guest property and follow procedure regarding guest belongings Providing guests with all the correct information about there stay at Thorpe Shark Cabins Completing any required people management tasks for your direct reports Effectively communicating with all Hotel Stakeholders regarding anything that could affect the guest experience and operation Ensure that all reporting is completed and sent to the relevant departments Ensure that all rooms are allocated ready for the next days operation
