Do you enjoy supporting young people and creating a welcoming, safe environment? If you're friendly and reliable, help us provide outstanding boarding accommodation. We provide mixed city centre accommodation, mainly for students on our Exeter Chiefs Rugby Academy programme.
This role is all about being a reassuring presence for our students overnight. You'll stay on-site from Monday 5pm to Tuesday 8am, helping to make sure everything runs smoothly and students feel supported during their stay.
You don't need to be a rugby expert but you will need to be approachable, calm under pressure, confident working independently and great at maintaining professional boundaries. You'll be part of a team that values communication, community spirit, and student wellbeing. And if you can cook or bring fun ideas for evening activities, that's a bonus!
If you've got experience working with young people and can handle the occasional curveball with a positive attitude, we'd love to hear from you. Interested? Want to chat more about the role before applying? Drop Tatjana Kellett an email at tatjanakellett@exe-coll.ac.uk for an informal conversation.
