Job title: Accommodation Team Leader
Location: Green Hill Farm Holiday Village
Pay: 14,599 per annum (29,198 per annum FTE)
Hours: Part time (20 hours per week)
Shifts: Between 9.30am to 5.00pm. Start and finish times may be negotiable.
Days: Varied depending on the time of year, as the role requires more hours in peak months (28 to 30 hours per week during peak season) and less in the winter.
Days of work will include Mondays, Wednesday, Fridays and Sundays. Some flexibility on working days will be required.
Contract: Permanent-Annualised

What will you do?
Assist the Accommodation Manager with the organisation and co-ordination of the cleaning activities for the accommodation team, ensuring all tasks are completed to the highest standards
Assist the Accommodation Manager with the new starter onboarding process, inductions and, training
Take responsibility for leading and coaching accommodation team members in all park cleaning activities in both holiday homes and sales units, including enabling timely check-ins, carrying out pre-arrival checks and check-out clean downs
Be responsible for your own high standards of work across all cleaning activities; leading by example
Working collaboratively across the whole park team
What are we looking for?
We are looking for someone who will take pride in their work and whose enthusiasm for creating a clean and welcoming environment will shine through. Previous cleaning/housekeeping experience in leadership role is helpful although not essential, as we can train you to our way of working. Experience of working in team in a customer facing environment will be essential though.
