The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in assisting clients during property viewings, ensuring a positive and informative experience. Responsibilities
Accompany clients during property viewings, providing detailed information about the property features and answering any questions they may have.
Maintain a professional and welcoming atmosphere throughout the viewing process.
Assist in scheduling viewings and managing appointments efficiently.
Provide administrative support by maintaining accurate records of client interactions and feedback.
Communicate effectively with clients, ensuring their needs are understood and addressed promptly.
Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall client experience and improve service delivery.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will be contracted to work predominantly during evenings and weekends, with occasional daytime shifts, on a flexible basis.
Full clean UK driving license and personal vehicle with mileage covered by the company.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively.
Proven organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
A friendly demeanour and a passion for providing exceptional customer service.
Previous experience within this industry is preferred but not essential.
