WHAT IS THE ROLE? (manager to free write in this style)

Based at our central Leeds office, you'll travel across a range of postcodes throughout the yorkshire region (allocated daily) to:

Conduct

viewings with prospective tenants*
Carry out

routine property visits (e.g. interim inspections, check-outs)*
Provide clear

feedback and reports to the lettings and property management teams*
Represent Aspire with professionalism, positivity, and pride*

You'll work closely with 5 Portfolio Managers, spending 1 day a week supporting each of their patches, ensuring full coverage across our managed portfolio.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR? (free type - Max 6 bullet points)

A confident communicator with a passion for delivering great service*

Organised and reliable, with strong time management*

Comfortable using basic tech for reporting and scheduling*

Full UK driving licence and own vehicle (essential)*

Experience in property or customer-facing roles (preferred but not essential)*

ESSENTIALS!

Full uk clean driving licence*

Own car*

Great organisation skills*

OUR INTERVIEW PROCESS!

We are a high performance company and we want high performance people... our process makes sure we get to know each other properly.

We will review your application (CV, Cover Letter and/or Intro Video). If we see a possible fit then we will contact you to arrange an initial telephone interview, for 15 mins to get to know you better. If we don't think your skills are suitable for this role then we will respond to your email with feedback. If that goes well (well done!) We will invite you to our offices for a face to face interview. Depending on the role, there may be a stage 2 interview (management or a role requiring niche knowledge). If successful we will call you (all excited) to make an offer.
