What are we looking for?

We are looking to recruit a part time Accompanied Viewer/Property Inspector who is able to work alongside our fantastic teams within our Thirsk and Northallerton office.

Good time management and initiative are two of the key competencies required for this role. Experience in the property industry is desirable but not essential as full training will be provided.

The ideal candidate will have experience in customer service/administration role, with the ability to nurture client relationships and must have excellent communication skills, be target driven, have a flexible approach and a positive can-do attitude.

A day in the life of a Accompanied Viewer/Property Inspector

This is a fantastic opportunity for the right candidate, your day to day responsibilities will include;

Carrying out viewings Midterm inspections Check out inspections Canvassing
The job is subject to suitable references.

The hours required are full time and the occasional Saturday as per branch rota, from 9am -1pm. The role comes with a basic salary of National minimum wage.

Applicants will need a full/clean driving license and use of their own car. We will pay 45p per mile for any business miles. This is a permeant role with a holiday entitlement of 20 days per annum (plus bank holidays) increasing to 25 with longevity of service. Further details will be provided at interview stage.
