RH Nuttall is a specialist manufacturer and supplier of a wide range of non-metallic washers, gaskets, strips, sheeting, seals, insulation and other bespoke components. RH Nuttall have been supplying local, UK and global businesses with a range of quality stamped components since 1860.

Job Responsibilities



Answering calls Filing paperwork and documentation. Chasing payments via email and over the phone Taking payments over the phone when required Scanning Checking and processing sales invoices on sage.. E-mailing customers Credit control (Chasing payment dates from customers and updating spreadsheets) Process credit notes and update all spreadsheets To support the accounts office Other Ad Hoc duties
Previous Experience ideal along with experience of Sage 50

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: 13.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 - 20 per week

Schedule:

8 hour shift Monday to Friday No weekends
Work Location: In person
