Due to continued growth in our Site Security Division, an exciting opportunity has arisen for a Sales Admin Support Assistant to join our team. This role will be specifically focused on supporting our Account Managers and ensuring our clients receive a first-class service throughout the sales and delivery process. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the division's day-to-day operations through effective administrative support, preparation of quotations, proposals, and customer correspondence.
Full training will be provided. You will work closely with our Account Managers and Business Development Managers to support them in meeting customer requirements, improving operational efficiency and enhancing the overall client experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond promptly and professionally to inbound enquiries from new and existing Site Security clients.
Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Account Managers in the Site Security Division.
Assist in preparing quotations, proposals, and amendments to existing quotes.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely installations and dismantles of security systems, supporting reporting functions as needed.
Support the Head of Security with daily operational reporting, including sales activity, installation schedules and customer updates.
Maintain and update client records accurately, ensuring all documentation is clear and consistent.
Work within clearly defined procedures to improve service delivery, customer satisfaction and operational profitability.
Essential Skills and Experience:
Strong IT skills including proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Willing and able to answer inbound calls and handle client requests.
High level of numerical accuracy
Ability to learn in-house systems through training.
