We are seeking an Account Administrator to join our dynamic team at Ideal Trade Centre in Preston Lancashire. This role is crucial in managing accounts and contributing to our mission of providing exceptional service in the automotive sales industry.
Responsibilities
Manage and maintain sales accounts to ensure satisfaction Collaborate with the sales team Analyze account performance and provide insights for improvement. Communicate effectively with clients to address inquiries and resolve issues. Maintain accurate records of account activities using Click Dealer and Xero
Qualifications
Proven experience in accounts essential Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights. Familiarity with B2B sales processes is preferred. Proficiency in Click dealer and xero or similar dealer management and accounting systems Ability to collate accounts and to process VAT quarterly. To assist our accountants with any queries for year end etc.Job Type: Part-time
Pay: 15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 24 per week
Work Location: In person
