Location:

Just outside Bridgnorth

Hours:

Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 2:00pm (25 hours per week)

Northgate Healthcare Ltd is a family-run business within the care industry. We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented

Accounts Assistant

to join our small, supportive office team. This is a part-time role where you will work closely with the Accounts Manager to ensure the smooth running of day-to-day financial processes, helping the Operations Manager and Director make well-informed decisions.

Key Responsibilities



Handle telephone calls in a professional manner Chase outstanding customer arrears for designated care homes Accurately input supplier invoices into

Sage 50 Accounts

Assist with payroll processing using

Sage 50 Payroll

Produce customer statements and complete monthly reconciliations Enter daily bank transactions and maintain accurate records Monitor and manage the accounts inbox Complete monthly petty cash reconciliations Support budgeting and forecasting through data preparation and analysis Provide general administrative support to the Accounts Manager

About You



We're looking for someone who is:

Experienced in accounts/finance administration (Sage 50 experience desirable) Organised, accurate, and able to manage multiple tasks Confident using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) A good communicator with a professional and approachable manner Able to work independently as well as part of a small, close-knit team
