Job Description

As the Admin/Account Assistant to the Finance department of a busy nursing home you will cover 2 days Monday and Tuesday to provides crucial financial and administrative support. Key responsibilities include processing of invoices, managing petty cash, reconciling accounts, and handling general office administration. The use of Microsoft excel and word and basic accounting are essential for this position.

As the Receptionist/Admin assistant, you will cover 3 days a week Thursday, Friday and Saturday you will be the first point of contact for our company. Your duties include offering administrative support across the company but predominately for the management team. You will welcome guests and greet people who visit the home. You will also coordinate front-desk activities, including distributing correspondence and redirecting phone calls.

To be successful as a Receptionist, you should have a pleasant personality, as this is also a customer service role. You should also be able to deal with emergencies in a timely and effective manner, while streamlining office operations. Multitasking and stress management skills are essential for this position.
