We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Assistant to join our dynamic finance team. The ideal candidate will possess strong data entry skills and have the ability to communicate effectively in both English. This role is essential for maintaining accurate financial records, supporting the accounts department, and providing exceptional service to our clients.
Responsibilities
Perform accurate data entry for financial transactions and maintain up-to-date records.
Assist with the preparation of financial reports and documentation as required.
Handle incoming phone calls with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
Communicate effectively with clients and colleagues, utilising strong communication skills.
Analyse financial data to identify discrepancies or areas for improvement.
Support upselling initiatives by providing relevant information to clients about additional services.
Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient processing of accounts-related tasks.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive financial information at all times.
Experience
Proven experience in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory.
Strong data entry skills with a keen eye for detail.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on clarity and professionalism.
Familiarity with basic analysis skills to interpret financial data effectively.
