An exciting opportunity has arisen for a proactive and detail oriented Accounts Assistant to join a busy finance team. This full-time role offers a varied workload and the chance to contribute to the smooth running of day-to-day financial operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Inputting purchase invoices and reconciling supplier statements
Managing invoice queries and maintaining accurate records
Controlling and inputting credit card statements into Sage
General accounts administration and support across the finance function
Assisting with sales and purchase ledger duties, including client credit checks and supplier onboarding
Preparing reports and liaising with internal teams and external contacts
Essential Skills Required:
Strong working knowledge of Sage 50 Accounts
Experienced in sales ledger, purchase ledger, and accounts administration
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
Confident communicator with a collaborative approach
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm
