Duties

Manage cash handling procedures securely during transactions or payments
Maintain organized records of client interactions, transactions, and correspondence for easy retrieval
Collaborate with team members to ensure timely delivery of services and accurate documentation of all account activities
Analyze account data to identify trends or discrepancies that require attention or follow-up
Support the onboarding of new clients by collecting necessary documentation and providing clear guidance on processes
Qualifications
Multilingual skills are highly desirable; fluency in English is required, with additional languages considered a plus
Previous experience in customer support or call center environments is preferred; familiarity with outbound calling is advantageous
Strong communication skills--both verbal and written--are essential for effective client interactions
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) along with solid computer skills for data entry and document management
Demonstrated ability to handle cash transactions accurately while maintaining professionalism
Excellent typing skills for quick and precise data entry tasks
