The Role



We're seeking a motivated and experienced Account-Based Marketing (ABM) Manager to build and execute impactful ABM strategies that will drive growth across our key accounts.

In this role, you'll lead the development and expansion of our ABM program, designing and executing targeted content and initiatives for strategic accounts and key decision-makers. You'll collaborate closely with sales, strategy, services, and other marketing teams to ensure a fully integrated, data-driven approach.

What You'll Do



Deliver personalised and highly tailored experiences to key decision-makers within the target accounts Create impactful global ABM programs from strategy to execution Scale 1:1 and 1:Few ABM initiatives Deliver messaging and assets, tailored to the company identity and footprint Apply an experimentation mindset to ABM initiatives to drive, test, learn, and optimize Collaborate closely with account partners and strategy leads on strategies to support internal customer success initiatives Partner with product, content, field, and digital marketers to build, execute, and track ABM programs at the account level Work directly with customers and their internal teams Educate Veeva stakeholders on programs, share best practices, and provide visibility

Requirements



5+ years of experience in ABM for an enterprise software or cloud-based solution provider Proven track of personalised content creation (web, video, slide deck...) Strong experience in building and executing integrated marketing programs, managing budgets, and reporting Proven ability to build relationships and collaborate across stakeholders Hands-on, collaborative, multi-tasker, creative, strategic thinker, and analytical mind to manage cross-functional teams across different geographies Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities and projects at the same time, with excellent attention to detail Excellent team player with a positive attitude and a strong sense of ownership Strong track record of driving successful global ABM programs and deep understanding of ABM best practices and methodologies
