are currently recruiting an experienced Account Broker to join our (Trade Credit & Surety Practice) on a 35 hours per week permanent contract attached to our Coventry Office.

What will you do as a Trade Credit & Surety Broker?

The role is to provide support for the Practice Director. Duties to include support with such items as credit limits, policy documentation, overdue account reporting, claims, declarations of turnover, accounting queries, insurer portal issues, market submissions and renewal report preparation.

Skills and Experience

Ideally have trade credit experience, however we will consider candidates
with general insurance experience or similar as full training will be provided.

Ideally have experience of the Acturis I.T. system. Good communication skills, customer focused with accurate record keeping
discipline.

Comfortable in dealing with stakeholders at all levels. Ability to work and thrive as part of a small specialist team and show initiative.
