Job Description

Responsible for all accounting and back office support tasks.

Job Functions

Operate payroll (SageOne) Operate ERP system (NAV & INFO 10.7) Preparing financial reports (Monthly and Annually) Banks & Accounts Reconciliations (Various) Processing Payment (Bank in/out, BACS, Cheque...online...etc) Responsible for accounting closing (period) Responsible for monitor Account Payable and Receivable. General Bookkeeping (Purchase Ledger, Sales Ledger, Cash Books, VAT returns) Credit Control and Collections General office operation support Answering incoming calls
Experience

Accounting Bookkeeping Computer Literate
Other Requirements

Ability to work independently and also be part of a team Excellent organisational and priorities skills. Customer focus Enthusiasm, ability and confident to work in various situation. Ability to communicate effectively. Excellent organisation and time management skills Creative
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 25,000.00-29,000.00 per year
