The Role:
Reporting to the Senior Account Manager, the Account Coordinator provides operational, client, and administrative support across our core divisions. You'll be the first point of contact for clients and internal teams, ensuring services run smoothly and efficiently.
You'll play a key role in maintaining client satisfaction, developing internal systems, managing compliance, and supporting the delivery of exceptional service standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Client & Internal Support:
Act as the first point of contact for client and internal queries, ensuring all issues are resolved promptly or escalated appropriately.
CRM Management:
Maintain accurate client data, update records, and assist with improving system functionality and reporting.
Compliance & KYC:
Keep client compliance and KYC records up to date; support onboarding processes and regular data reviews.
Operational Administration:
Process contract amendments, one-off service requests, and mobilisation or termination activities. Ensure all documentation is accurate and stored correctly.
Supplier Coordination:
Liaise with subcontractors and suppliers to arrange services, collect documentation, and monitor compliance with health and safety protocols.
Reporting:
Prepare and manage compliance, performance, and risk reports to support management oversight and continuous improvement.
Account Management Support:
Provide client support during Account Manager absences, maintaining professional communication and ensuring service continuity.
Cross-Department Collaboration:
Coordinate between operations, finance, marketing, and compliance teams to ensure effective information sharing and task follow-up.

Highly organised, detail-oriented, and proactive
Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills
Skilled in CRM systems, reporting, and Microsoft Office
Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
