At AXA - Global Healthcare we're seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual to join our SME Retention team as an Account Coordinator on a full-time, permanent basis in our Tunbridge Wells and Leicester office.
In this role, you' ll support the sales team with operational tasks, manage client communications, and ensure the smooth execution of retention processes across our portfolio. Your contribution will be key to enhancing client satisfaction and driving internal efficiency.
If you have customer service and administrative experience within insurance, we encourage you to apply. We're looking for a motivated team player who is confident to challenge, when necessary, all while maintaining a professional and pragmatic approach.
At AXA we work smart, empowering our people to balance their time between home and the office in a way that works best for them, their team and our customers. You'll work at least two days a week (40%) away from home, moving to three days a week (60%) in the future. Away from home means either attendance at one of our office locations, visiting clients or attending industry events.
