Summary
We are looking for a proactive and motivated Account Coordinator to join our growing Account Management team. In this role, you will be supporting the account management team in all day-to-day activities, ensuring that our processes are in line with our objectives and strategy.

Some of your responsibilities include:
Key Responsibilities
Supporting the Account Management team in responding to RFPs/RFIs opportunities.
Providing new quotes for existing clients and following up on any client enquiries.
Understanding the client's needs and ensuring VSI is providing solutions to client requirements.
Tracking key account metrics and ensure compliance across the Group.
Assisting the Account Management team in providing weekly reports, ensuring key stakeholders remain updated.
Monitoring overall compliance and KPIs set by clients and support account managers to provide clients with monthly reports.
Working closely with our studios on new projects and gathering project-related information across the group.
Working in partnership with the Account Managers to negotiate and establish rates with our clients and suppliers alike.
Acting as the intermediate between our project management team, our studios and the clients to ensure smooth project progress and that any issues or concerns are addressed.
Ensure that the CRM database, or other relevant tooling/documentation is kept up to date with account information.
Essential Skills & Experience
Attention to detail, accuracy of all presented data
Strong communication, presentation, relationship management and interpersonal skills
Outstanding client engagement and services skills
Self-motivated, proactive approach to managing clients and problem-solving
Ability to manage change professionally, involving the right stakeholders and gaining trust
Experience managing client relationships on a day-to-day basis would be a plus
Knowledge and experience of the localisation service industry would be a plus
