With over 20 years of experience, we provide nationwide vehicle movement services, ensuring efficient and professional deliveries for dealerships, fleet managers, and remarketing professionals.

Our team of trade plate drivers operates across the country, equipped with Smart vehicle appraisal technology to track and manage vehicle movements. The company prides itself on consistency, professionalism, and peace of mind, offering a fast and responsive logistical service tailored to customer needs.

Following rapid expansion, we are now looking for a Customer Account coordinator to join our team based in Portsmouth.



The Customer Account Coordinator will support the vehicle movement and management operations at Southern Counties Car Deliveries.

Your primary responsibility will be to handle client accounts, which includes onboarding of new clients, organising their orders, managing disputes, and ensuring timely delivery of their products or services. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records, so attention to detail is a must.

Key Responsibilities

? Client Communication: Act as a point of contact for customers, providing updates

on vehicle deliveries.

? Orders and order confirmation: Ensure all orders are entered onto the system

efficiently and accurately.

? Scheduling & Coordination: Assist in planning vehicle collections and deliveries

across the UK.

? Driver Support: Work closely with trade plate drivers to ensure timely and efficient

vehicle movements.

? CRM Management: Maintain accurate client records and delivery schedules in the

systems.

? Reporting: Generate reports on delivery performance and customer satisfaction.

? Problem-Solving: Address any delivery issues and liaise with the transport support

team.

? Compliance & Documentation: Ensure all necessary paperwork, including

insurance and trade plate requirements, is correctly processed.

Required Skills

? Strong Communication: Ability to interact professionally with clients and drivers.

? Team Player: Work effectively with the team.

? Organizational Abilities: Efficiently manage multiple deliveries and schedules.

? Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

? Customer Service Orientation: Focus on delivering high-quality service.

? Adaptability and a quick learner: Vehicle logistics is a fast-moving environment,

you will need to be a quick learner and be adaptable in your approach to problem

management.

? Problem-Solving: Ability to resolve logistical challenges quickly.

? Knowledge of UK Road Network: Whilst not critical and training will be provided, a

good understanding of UK road routes and transport logistics would be an

advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 28,500.00-33,000.00 per year
