We are looking for a highly-motivated Account Director to join the Hypebeast team. The ideal candidate needs to have a track record of developing key client relationships within a publisher environment, delivering successful media campaigns from beginning to end. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing team, working with some of the best brands in the world. You will be reporting into the Director of Account Servicing, EMEA.

Responsibilities:



+ Schedule and launch advertising campaigns on Hypebeast social channels in a timely and accurate manner. + You have a deep understanding of media. You are able to confidently advise clients on how to optimise a media plan and specific placements based on their needs and KPIs.
+ You have the experience and ability to troubleshoot technical issues, always coming up with tangible and effective media solutions for our clients.
+ You will oversee the development and delivery of End of Campaign reporting. Communicating our successful delivery to clients, gathering feedback and coming up with data-driven insights and recommendations for future campaigns.
+ Building and maintaining effective relationships by being a true partner to clients. Clients should trust your opinion/counsel and see you as an extension of their team. Prospecting future work from client accounts.
+ Coordinating calls with clients, coordinating teams and sharing agendas. You will have a solid understanding of processes and proactively manage projects - facilitating conversations between team members, and considering how we can make the work even better at each stage.
+ You will proactively consider how actions will affect clients; responding quickly to meet clients needs, resolving problems and avoiding over-commitment.
+ You will identify upselling opportunities throughout live projects, understanding how to approach new opportunities with clients. You will constantly think about how to nurture and grow long-term business relationships with clients. Prospecting future work from clients.
+ You are competent with contractual processes; agreeing a Scope of Work between internal stakeholders and clients before project sign-off.
+ Oversee client billing to ensure timely payments and information gathering for auditing purposes.
+ Effective time management is essential. You ensure that you are delivering work on time and are conscientious with deadlines.
+ You identify and solve challenges before your Clients do. When highlighting a problem, you always have a view of what a solution might be with your clients brand front of mind. You talk solutions, not problems.
+ You have a track record of managing high-level / top tier accounts, confidently leading conversations and delivering projects end to end.
+ You take responsibility and accountability for the work and the process on each project - you are the go-to person, both internally and externally.
+ You will constantly think about how to nurture and grow long-term business relationships with clients.
+ You take the time to understand every aspect of your client's business; you show a real passion for their brand and the industry.
+ You will be an administrative lead including providing weekly updates, updating project management trackers, contracts, budgets and timelines. You are the holder of all processes across all of your projects.
+ You will report regularly to internal stakeholders on all aspects of the project.
+ You are a level-headed multi-tasker, able to handle many projects at once of varying size with a calm and steady nature.

Requirements:



+ 6-7 years of relevant work experience in senior account management within a publisher/agency environment. + Able to travel for shoots within Europe.
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
+ EXperienced problem-solver that can think strategically.
+ Detail-oriented with strong time management skills.
+ Solutions focused, with the ability to manage internal and external expectations.
+ The highest level of organisation and anticipation. Bigger picture thinking is a must.
+ Understanding of Sales, Creative and Production processes.
+ Confident and able to manage demanding client relationships.
+ Able to work independently and effectively is a must.
+ Positive and energetic - instilling enthusiasm in the team at all times.
