Our client is an innovative agency committed to transforming industries by evolving brands\xe2\x80\x99 sustainability messaging strategies and engaging audiences through creative content. As an Account Director you will play a pivotal role in leading purpose-driven B2B B2C companies and charities to the forefront inspiring movements and making a lasting impact.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Understand clients\xe2\x80\x99 sustainability and commercial objectives leveraging our services to drive their growth.
  • Identify and develop opportunities by immersing yourself in clients\xe2\x80\x99 industries collaborating with our strategic project and creative teams to deliver exceptional communications.
  • Foster deep-rooted partnerships with clients becoming their go-to partner and an extension of their team.
  • Represent the client\xe2\x80\x99s business within the agency consistently adding value to their projects.
  • Collaborate within a Pod structure working closely with a strategist and project manager to ensure the efficient delivery of strategies and plans.
  • Lead pitches with existing clients presenting proactive ideas to propel their objectives forward.
  • Conduct pitches with potential new clients showcasing the unique value proposition of our agency.
  • Act as an ambassador for the agency at industry events actively participating in talks podcasts or roundtables.
  • Monitor revenue and account growth promptly reporting any significant observations.
  • Maintain transparent and open communication regarding client issues developing actionable plans for resolution.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as an Account Director within a communications agency.
  • Proven track record of building strong relationships and delivering diverse projects across various channels and media.
  • Excellent understanding of marketing with a focus on digital and social-first strategies.
  • Experience working within a pod structure is advantageous.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills allowing for the quick establishment of rapport and the cultivation of deep-rooted partnerships.
  • Forward-thinking mindset staying ahead of industry trends and delivering purpose-driven impact.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment maintaining composure under pressure.
  • Curiosity for social and environmental problem-solving particularly within the communications and advertising space.
