This leading Customer Experience / Direct Marketing agency are looking for an Account Director to join the team. You will be joining an integrated creative agency which combines deep digital expertise, a strong heritage in CRM and award-winning creativity to deliver excellence for their clients. Their work spans the full spectrum of integrated communications - data and insights, strategy, and planning, creative and content, channel and platform and tech and innovation.

About The Role

As Account Director, you will be leading one of the agency\'s most important accounts. The agency\'s remit covers Lifecycle Customer Marketing across engagement, upsell, cross-sell, retention and loyalty. The day-to-day focus is on strategic and creative delivery for these areas of customer marketing. Most recently, the remit has expanded into B2B, branding, motion and social content.

About You

The agency is looking for an enthusiastic, confident, self-motivated Account Director who is passionate about client services and delivering a high standard of work on a fast-paced account. You will have extensive CRM experience and have previously managed senior client relationships yourself. You\'ll be a team player who is able to build strong internal relationships across the agency and be confident leading the development of creative campaigns from a Brand perspective.

You will be line manager for a Senior Campaign Manager, working closely to deliver projects together. There will also be other junior team members that support you on some projects.

Key Requirements:

Agency experience essential with strong CRM and creative experience

Experience of all digital channels.

CRM, testing and data experience.

Expert knowledge of core processes for campaign development across these channels - from brief interrogation to final creative output. Ability to interrogate strategic approach of a brief with confidence.

Experience working with Planning and Creative departments.

Telecommunications experience is a plus, but not essential.

High attention to detail and strong process-driven approach to Client Services.

Proven ability to own and grow client relationships.

Solution orientation and drive to make things happen with a can-do attitude.

Influencing skills - ability to work in partnership with Clients and interagency partners as well as manage internal relationships effectively.

Highest level of organisation on a busy account, while able to see the \'bigger picture\' at the same time.

This is a hybrid role combining remote working with 2-3 days a week in the Central London agency office.
