Account Director with deep expertise in Life Sciences and medical congresses/events

to lead high-value client accounts, drive growth, and deliver exceptional, compliant programs across multiple markets.

As the senior client partner, you'll be the trusted advisor to C-Suite and Executive Leadership, shaping event strategies, leading cross-functional teams, and ensuring every congress, symposium, or Life Sciences engagement exceeds client expectations. You'll have the opportunity to innovate, influence, and grow multi-market accounts while elevating the agency's presence in the Life Sciences sector.

What You'll Do



Lead global and multi-market Life Sciences accounts, including congresses and medical events, ensuring strategic alignment and delivery excellence. Serve as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, providing insight, innovation, and solutions that drive growth. Develop and execute account growth strategies, identifying new services, revenue streams, and opportunities for expanded partnerships. Own financial performance, including budget management, margin optimization, and pricing strategy. Oversee cross-functional teams, mentoring and coaching staff to deliver world-class events with consistent quality and compliance. Partner with New Business Development to lead RFP responses, proposals, and pitches that showcase Life Sciences expertise. Ensure strict adherence to regulatory and compliance standards (e.g., EFPIA, ABPI, PhRMA).

What We're Looking For



8-10+ years in Life Sciences account management or event strategy, with proven experience managing congresses or multi-market programs. Demonstrated success managing global client portfolios and building long-term senior stakeholder relationships. Strong commercial acumen and experience with budgeting, forecasting, and profitability management. In-depth knowledge of Life Sciences regulations and industry compliance. Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams across operations, creative, digital, and production functions. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence at senior levels. Strategic mindset with a proactive approach to growth, innovation, and service excellence.
