Over the past decade our motor racing team support business has grown substantially - particularly in sourcing top rental accommodation and creating special event and hospitality projects across a wide client base of race teams, drivers, sponsors and guests. We are now looking to add an
Account Executive - Accommodation and Marketing
to join our small St Albans team in early 2026.
The Role
The successful candidate will support directors across key areas - especially race event rental accommodation and hospitality activities, development and management of our rental property portfolio, vendor relations, sales and event delivery. It also involves leading our social media content and strategy development and implementation.
Strong language skills are essential: high-proficiency/fluency in English and French as our largest annual event is the Le Mans 24 Hours sportscar race in France. Other events will include Le Mans Classic, Daytona 24 Hours and Sebring 12 Hours.
We are looking for a well-organised team player with excellent communication skills - and the ability to meet deadlines while delivering high-quality service. The successful candidate will join a diverse, friendly and creative office environment.
Key responsibilities:
Support customer and supplier relations for our event accommodation portfolio
Manage and grow social media: concepts, content gathering and copywriting
Provide sales administration/support in the office and at Le Mans
Assist with office operations (facilities, utilities, etc.)
The role includes travel to properties, event sites and major events (especially Le Mans) for on-site planning, preparation and delivery.
This is a full-time position (37.5 hrs/week) starting January 2026 - or as soon as the right candidate is available. Includes 20 days holiday, NEST pension, and a salary of 24,000-28,000, depending on experience.
Candidate Requirements:
Excellent written and spoken English and French (A-level/B2 equivalent)
Strong organisational and business communication skills
Creative, pro-active team player with strong research skills
Confident computer user (MS Office, CRM/sales and event systems)
Clean driving licence
Desirable:
Experience in sports, events, travel or property management
Additional languages
Social media marketing
WordPress or similar
Adobe Suite, Affinity or similar graphics tool
