Key Responsibilities
Work closely with the UKI Country Manager to
develop and execute outbound strategies targeting Nordic client
s (Sweden, Denmark, Norway, Finland)
Identify, prospect, and engage
with potential customers through multi-channel outreach.
Manage the entire sales cycle
-- from initial contact to closing deals.
Lead consultative selling
by understanding client needs and proposing tailored solutions.
Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to ensure a smooth customer journey.
Accurately forecast and manage your pipeline
to consistently meet or exceed targets.

Qualifications
Proven experience in o
utbound sales within a SaaS environment
, with
measurable success.
Experience in selling into the
Scandinavian markets
Confident in
cold outreach
and
skilled in adapting messaging across diverse audiences
.
Business fluent English
(both spoken and written), and nice to have fluency in one of the
Nordic languages
(Danish, Finnish, Norwegian, or Swedish).
Organized, autonomous, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment.
Familiarity with
Salesforce, Sales Navigator
, and other prospecting tools is a strong plus
Entrepreneurial spirit
