Who We're Looking For:
As an International Enterprise Account Executive, you will be responsible for driving new business and expanding strategic relationships with multi-site dental service organizations (DSOs), corporate dental groups, and regional distributors outside North America and Canada. You'll play a critical role in scaling Pearl's international footprint, from early-stage market development to enterprise-scale deployments.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Execution & Pipeline Growth
Drive full-cycle enterprise sales: prospecting, discovery, demo, proposal, negotiation, and close
Own and grow a high-value pipeline of international opportunities with DSOs, distributors, and partners
Collaborate with the solutions team on pilot programs and ROI modeling
Strategic Account Management
Develop trusted relationships with key decision-makers (clinical, operational, and commercial)
Identify and execute upsell and expansion opportunities post-deployment
Market Development
Work cross-functionally to test go-to-market approaches in new territories (e.g., DACH, Nordics, Middle East)
Represent Pearl at industry events, conferences, and customer meetings
Collaboration & Reporting
Partner closely with product, marketing, and implementation teams to ensure successful launches
Maintain accurate CRM hygiene and deliver forecast and pipeline reports
Handle all elements of contract negotiation, renewals and deliverables to DSO partners
Qualifications & Skills:
8+ years of enterprise sales experience, ideally in SaaS, medtech, or dental/healthcare industries
Proven success selling into international enterprise accounts (DSOs or clinical groups strongly preferred) across EMEA or global markets - particular markets of interest being DACH and UAE
Demonstrated ability to manage complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and consultative selling skills
Fluency in English required; other European or international languages (e.g., German, French, Spanish, Arabic) are a plus
Comfortable with travel (up to 30%) across international markets
