The Role
As Account Executive, you will be responsible for maintaining and developing business for a range of Customers within the UK Nuclear Decommissioning sector.? This will include NDA, site license companies and Tier II suppliers.? You will work closely with the Sales Director to develop an account plan consistent with the overall business plan.?Ongoing activities will include:
Understand the strategy and business goals of all levels of the supply chain in the UK nuclear decommissioning sector.
Develop and maintain relationships personally and for all levels of Createc management with key individuals in the customer organisations.
Develop routes to market with partner organisations which may include short term collaborative ventures and more formal Joint Ventures
Take a proactive approach in solving issues with customers, escalating issues to the appropriate team when necessary.
The main point of contact for our key customers, working with them on day-to-day issues, ongoing business and new opportunities.
Communicate effectively and professionally with clients, vendors and internal teams via email, phone and face-to-face.
Provide support to all team members when necessary and be a reference point of knowledge and expertise for more junior members of the team.
Maintaining a regular presence at stakeholders' and customers offices is mandatory to strengthen relationships and partnerships.
Work independently to produce all necessary account management documentation and deliver regular reports to the Sales Director and wider business.
Attend and contribute to the Createc internal contract reviews for the customers within the UK Nuclear Decommissioning sector.
Maintenance of information on the customer databases.
Attend regular internal sales meetings with the wider of the international sales team
About You

Have a strong understanding of the energy/nuclear market, including key players, trends, and challenges
Have 4 years' experience in similar role
Be Highly organised
Have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Have an ability to exceed individual targets and achieve deadlines.
Have strong time-management skills
Be passionate about Customer Service and be able to demonstrate competence in a sales environment whilst working confidently towards targets.
Have a pro-active/Can-do attitude
Have excellent attention to detail
Be able to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Be willing to travel extensively within the UK and internationally.
Be discreet and have a good understand of confidentiality issues.
Desired Experience
Experience in selling emerging technology solutions, particularly hardware based, is highly desirable.
Previous sales experience, with a proven ability to navigate diverse markets and cultures.
Strong network within the energy sector, including relationships with key decision-makers and industry influencers.
Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
