The role of Account Handler:
Liaising with clients, taking them through the sales process.
Researching and providing new quotations.
Proactively speaking to former clients and previous enquirers to offer quotations at next renewal.
Managing the timely renewal of policies and processing the renewal.
Collecting payment and arranging payment where required under finance schemes.
The ideal Account Handler:
Competent with the use of Microsoft Office Suite.
Understanding the principles of insurance broking dealing with household policies.
Experience of FCA (Financial Conduct Authority) protocols.
* Understanding of GDPR processes.
