An exciting opportunity has now arisen within the Marlborough & Hungerford Agency.
About the role:
Primary Role
Managing internal Agency renewal process (postal and e-mail)
Organising and sending renewal invitations within key timescales
Updating renewal management tool (Excel)
Booking of Customer renewal meetings on behalf of team members
Managing renewal / invoice discrepancies
Ad-Hoc Duties
Process payments, including direct debits, standing orders and BACS transfers.
Reconcile accounts to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
Manage default and delinquent accounts, taking appropriate actions to minimise financial risk.
Handle cheque payments and ensure they are processed accurately and promptly.

About you:
GCSEs or equivalent including Maths and English.
Proficiency in using internal company systems and Office tools, in particular Word & Excel.
Excellent organisational and time-management abilities.
Clear and professional communication skills for client interactions.
Familiarity with financial processes in the insurance or financial services sector is advantageous.
