What You'll Be Doing
Engaging with clients who have previously used our services - no cold calling required.
Managing and nurturing client accounts to generate interest in our products and services.
Handling objections and identifying customer needs.
Cross-selling and introducing other products when appropriate.
Providing professional, compliant, and friendly customer service.
Building lasting relationships and rapport with clients.
What We're Looking For
Experience in sales, especially outbound calling or account management.
Strong ability to address and overcome objections.
A results-driven mindset, motivated by achieving KPIs and sales targets.
Excellent communication skills.
Computer literacy and confidence with software systems.
