Job Description

We're looking for a proactive and motivated Debt Management Executive to join our team and play a pivotal role in maximising cash flow and safeguarding company profits. In this dynamic position, you'll be at the forefront of our financial operations--minimising bad debt risk, tracking daily account activity, and ensuring that overdue payments are recovered efficiently and professionally.


You'll manage key and agency accounts, liaise with third-party collection partners, and handle customer queries with excellence and care. With daily outbound calls to priority debtors, you'll take ownership of your portfolio while also collaborating with internal teams to ensure high service levels and continuous process improvement.





Please note this is Fixed Term Contract (FTC) until 31/12/2025.




What skills/experience do I need to be successful?



Demonstrable experience within a customer service environment; Proven debt management skills and experience; IT skills in MS Office, especially Excel, Outlook.
