We have an exciting opportunity for an Account Manager to drive third party advertising revenue for Gumtree. You'll join our Advertising Operations team and be the main contact for advertising clients post-booking. You'll work collaboratively with Sales and Operations, supporting campaigns, chasing creatives, reports and tracking. You'll have a partnership approach and be focused on delivering amazing customer experiences. With nearly a million new listings on site each week and 10 million unique visitors every month, we are one of the UK's most visited sites. London Waterloo, hybrid working applies with 3 days in the office.


About the role:



As a key member of our fast-paced Ad Operations team, you'll report directly to the Head of AdOps and play a pivotal role in driving Gumtree's commercial success and enhancing customer experience. You'll take ownership of client relationships from the point of sale through to post-campaign wrap-up, ensuring seamless execution and impactful results. You'll be responsible for tracking campaign performance across key metrics like CTR, CPES, and brand lift, providing regular updates and optimisation strategies to stakeholders. You'll coordinate technical setups including Brand Lift Studies, creative builds, and multi-format campaign launches. Post-campaign, you'll deliver insightful analysis and strategic recommendations through comprehensive post campaign analysis analyses (PCAs). You'll also collaborate cross functionally closely with operations campaign managers on invoicing and delivery, and with sales to identify upweight opportunities and strengthen client partnerships. What are we looking for?



Previous experience in a similar Account Management role with focus on high-quality customer experience. Background within Media/ Advertising will be highly beneficial. You'll be organised with a knack for spinning multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent communication and presentation skills. You build connections with ease, taking in pride in understanding and delivering to customer needs. Proficient in G-Suite and Microsoft Office. Ideally, you'll be degree qualified or equivalent.
