What You'll Be Doing

Acting as the first line of contact for client queries and communications Supporting the delivery of services, ensuring everything runs smoothly and professionally Building long-term relationships with clients by understanding their goals and needs Coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely follow-up, performance reporting, and updates Assisting in the preparation of proposals, presentations, and regular client check-ins Monitoring client satisfaction and highlighting opportunities for growth or improvement Supporting account managers and leadership with project and client coordination tasks

What We're Looking For

Some experience in a customer service, admin, or support role Strong communication and interpersonal skills Professional, organised, and detail-oriented A team player with a service-first approach Willingness to learn new systems, such as CRM platforms (Salesforce experience is a plus) Someone looking to develop and grow into a client-facing leadership role

Pay: 26,660.00-36,220.00 per year
