What You'll Be Doing

Supporting the day-to-day management of client accounts with a strong focus on service and retention Building trusted relationships with clients by understanding their goals and delivering value Working closely with the sales team to uncover upsell opportunities and support growth Using CRM tools like Salesforce to monitor activity, report performance, and manage communications Preparing internal and client-facing reports, proposals, and performance updates Attending client meetings, presenting insights, and contributing to account strategy Assisting senior leadership with planning and execution across the wider account portfolio

What We're Looking For

Some experience in a customer-facing, sales, or account support role Confidence with systems like Salesforce or other CRM platforms is a plus Strong communication skills and a natural ability to connect with people Analytical mindset - able to review data and spot opportunities or risks Proactive, team-oriented, and eager to take on responsibility A long-term view: you're looking to grow, develop, and lead

Pay: 26,521.00-34,839.00 per year
