Location:

Birmingham, B37 7HE (office-based role)

Hours:

40 hours per week, Monday to Thursday, 08:30-17:00, and Friday, 07:30-16:00 with 30 minutes unpaid daily break

Salary:

25,396.80

We are a growing and ambitious global company looking for an Account Manager to join our team.

What You'll Be Doing:



Support with client growth and after-sales care. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers through email, phone, and in-person contact. Understand client needs and resolve queries quickly and effectively. Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth communication and collaboration. Help prepare regular client reports (weekly, monthly, quarterly, yearly) and use the data to improve your knowledge. Complete administrative tasks accurately and on time to support the team. Respond to team queries promptly and assist where needed. Develop a good understanding of the company's operations, products, and services to provide informed support.

What We're Looking For:



GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths Previous experience in an office or customer service environment

Communication skills

- clear and professional in both written and verbal interactions.

Organisation and time management

- able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Attention to detail

- accurate when handling client information and preparing reports.

Customer service mindset

- friendly, helpful, and focused on client satisfaction.

IT proficiency

- comfortable using email, shared mailboxes, and basic Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Team player

- works well with colleagues and supports collaborative goals.

Problem-solving ability

- able to handle queries effectively and escalate when needed.
