We're now looking for an experienced Account Manager or Account Director to join our team in Bournemouth (just 5 mins from the beach). Someone who's brilliantly organised, commercially sharp, and genuinely enjoys building relationships that last.
The role itself will be quite varied, but that's part of its appeal. You'll work across a mix of clients and media channels - from social and digital to TV, print, OOH and experiential. You'll be at the heart of campaigns, from briefing and creative development through to delivery and results.
You'll also play a key part in shaping strategy, spotting opportunities for clients, and helping our creative and production teams deliver work that makes a real impact.
Job responsibilities:
Building and maintaining strong client relationships, being the first point of contact for the client
Working within a very agile environment, liaising across a range of disciplines to ensure the delivery of great ideas
Becoming an integral part of the agency, bringing ideas and super organisation skills to the table
Presenting and justifying ideas, plans and results both internally and externally to clients
Support the social content creation team in helping to plan, manage and report on organic and paid social campaigns.
You'll need:
At least two years' experience in a marketing or agency role (more is even better)
Excellent communication and copywriting skills
The ability to multi-task and meet simultaneous tight deadlines while handling multiple clients with changing priorities, either independently or as part of a team
To be enthusiastic, pro-active and have a can-do attitude
To be a dog lover, as we have quite a few that roam our offices!
