Are you commercially minded, relationship-driven, and ready to make an impact in a fast-moving business? We're looking for an Account Manager to join our high-performing Motor Finance team - someone who thrives on building partnerships, driving results, and creating exceptional customer experiences.


As an Account Manager, you'll play a key role in managing and growing relationships with our network of independent motor dealers. This is a hybrid role (Cardiff office/home) that works closely with a variety of key stakeholders from around the business, you'll use your sales expertise, commercial insight and consultative mindset to deliver profitable outcomes and sustainable growth.

What will your day look like?



Acting as the front-line specialist for your portfolio of dealers - handling queries, resolving issues, and proactively driving new business opportunities through regular telephone contact. Generating and analysing MI and performance data for your region - spotting trends, identifying risks and opportunities, and shaping data-driven decisions. Proactively managing accounts to maximise conversion, improve performance, and achieve targets. Collaborating with the senior leadership team to develop improvement plans, share insights, and enhance dealer relationships. Championing best practice by promoting relevant products, identifying performance gaps and working with dealers to drive better outcomes. Sharing market and competitor intelligence with the Motor Insights and Sales teams to inform strategy and innovation.

You'll bring energy, commercial awareness and a consultative approach to everything you do. You'll be comfortable working at pace, managing your own workload, and building trusted relationships at all levels. We're keen to hear from you if you have:

Strong influencing and relationship management skills A consultative sales approach and a passion for delivering great customer outcomes Confidence analysing data, interpreting MI and using insights to drive performance Excellent organisation, planning and communication skills - both written and verbal The ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment A good understanding of risk management and compliance frameworks (knowledge of Regulation/Consumer Duty is a plus) Experience or interest in the UK Motor Finance sector
