IFGlobal is a fast growing 3PL and fulfilment business with operations across the UK, USA, and Europe. With a brand-new, state of the art warehouse at Aviation Park West, we're scaling fast, and we want people who want to grow with us.




We're looking for a driven Account Manager to play a key role in strengthening and growing our client relationships. This is a hands on, commercially focused role where you'll be the trusted partner for our customers, ensuring they get maximum value from our fulfilment solutions while identifying opportunities to grow accounts and improve performance. You'll take ownership of your client portfolio, act as the main point of contact, and work closely with internal teams to deliver an outstanding service.




The Role





Owning it - taking responsibility for clients, performance, and results





Own a portfolio of clients end to end, acting as their primary point of contact and trusted partner Develop and deliver tailored account plans aligned to IFGlobal's sales and growth strategy Take accountability for Gross Profit growth and Client Satisfaction scores Build and manage a strong pipeline of opportunities within your accounts Track and report on performance, SLAs, forecasts, and sales projections using data to drive decisions

Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery for clients Act as the client's advocate internally, collaborating to resolve issues and improve solutions Facilitate clear communication between clients and internal stakeholders Share knowledge, insights, and best practices to support continuous improvement across teams



Go above and beyond - delivering more than expected for clients and colleagues





Proactively identify and resolve issues before they impact the client experience Look for opportunities to grow accounts, improve services, and strengthen partnerships Build long term relationships by consistently delivering value and exceeding expectations Challenge ways of working and suggest improvements that enhance service quality and performance



Working Pattern




08:30am-17:30pm 8-hour shifts on a rota across Sunday to Saturday 40 hours per week Hybrid - Hurn and Christchurch Office
